A transponder is a small device that allows our computer to wirelessly detect a ride passing our scoring system. We are requiring all races to use a transponders for all races. The cost per transponder is $30, they should last several years as long as you don't get it damaged. If damaged, it’s as easy as purchasing a new one and replacing it.
Bikes & Quads:
Transponders should be mounted on the underside of the helmet visor. Transponder needs to be at least an inch away from the rider's body. Helmets with carbon fiber or metallic paint may cause interference.
UTVs:
UTV’S we suggest you put them on the front hood on Plastic only. Tech will help you with proper location.
- If you are under 18yrs old you must have both parents sign and notarize minor release form (NO EXCEPTIONS).
- You can print them off the website and bring them or have both your parents at the race and both sign on site.
- Minor Releases are annual – you must get a new one each year!
