A $25 non-refundable fee applies per person, per registration.

When you cancel

• 9 or more days before the event — full refund minus the $25 fee.
• Between 9 days and 48 hours before the event — 50% refund.
• Within 48 hours of the event — no refund.

Once the cancellation window has closed, no refunds will be granted for any reason — including inclement weather or personal circumstances.
